Due to the circumstances, we’ve had an extreme volume of orders. We’re working hard as we can to process and ship your orders on time. We have even added more team members to our customer service and shipping departments.
However, delivery times may be a bit longer than usual. Our daily capacity still has limitation with how many we can package securely for shipment and how many packages FedEx can physically fit on their trucks.
You may receive emails with shipment notifications and what to expect after your order, but the best practice is follow the FedEx or USPS tracking numbers when you receive them to get your estimated delivery date.

SHIPPING INFORMATION
We do our best to get every order shipped as soon as possible, typically orders will ship within 1 business day from the time that the order is placed. All bikes ship via FedEx and come 80% assembled in a box.
